Delivery Period

Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered. Please check the details on each product page.
For pre-order items, delivery will be after the release date.

*For items that do not specify a shipping time on the product detail page, if payment is by credit card, items will be shipped within 10 business days after order confirmation. If payment is by convenience store, items will be shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays, approximately 10 days).
*This refers to the "shipping" date, not the "arrival" date, so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and transportation conditions.
*If you order items with different estimated shipping dates simultaneously, all items will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.
*For merchandise sold at concerts or events, depending on stock availability, shipping may take more than 10 business days.

Please note that delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary out-of-stock situation
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delay in product manufacturing
・Incomplete order or payment due to incorrect amount etc.
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or consecutive holidays

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification email will be sent to you as support information. Please check it.
By clicking the "View Order" button in the email, you will be directed to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry website where you can check the delivery status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via "My Page" and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant "Order History."

Shipping Carrier / Delivery Method

Delivery will be made by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
*We cannot accommodate specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts, etc.
*Orders for delivery to carrier's sales office, post office, or convenience store are not accepted.

Consolidation / Split Shipping

We cannot consolidate or split shipments after an order has been placed.
Items ordered simultaneously will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

Domestic shipping within Japan
Uniform nationwide rate
Standard shipping: 870 yen (tax included)
Nekoposu: 430 yen (tax included)

International shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
*Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping method.
 After your package arrives in the destination country/region/state, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, and VAT at the time of delivery.
*Please ensure that you comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your destination country/region/state.
*As customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, please contact the relevant customs authorities for details.

Receiving Your Order

If you are not available when your order is delivered, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to arrange for receipt of your item.
If you do not receive your item within the storage period, it will be returned to Kikuo Online Store.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
If 2 months have passed since the return, your order will be canceled.
*Refunds due to cancellation will generally not be provided.
*You will be responsible for re-shipping costs, including round-trip shipping.
*If there are repeated instances of refusal to receive, long-term absence, or re-shipment due to customer convenience, your use of our service may be restricted. Please ensure you receive your items.
